Description
3D printing resin Harz Labs Dental Cast Cherry is a great choice for direct casting of metal and pressed ceramics crowns and bridges. Early zero ash content (less than 0.1%) and thermoplastic properties make the resin suitable for direct casting. The resin has been designed to burn out quickly at high temperatures to reduce production time. We recommend using phosphate-bonded casting investment material that can handle plastics at high temperatures to ensure the best casting quality. The slight odor and lack of hazardous monomers allow for using it even in a small laboratory.
Russian certification. Product without european certification, to be used only for models.

Advantages
-
ACCURATE
Provides high precision printing.
-
ZERO ASH CONTENT
Close to zero ash content (<0.1%) and high strength makes it possible to cast precise metal and ceramic products.
-
EASY TO CAST
Thermoplastic behavior of the resin provides melting in wide temperature window (250-300°C) to give very smooth surface of casted models.
-
SAFE
Resin does not contain solvents and volatile monomers, irritating compounds. No fumes, odor and allergic reaction. Сan be used in lab or even at home.
-
CERTIFICATION
Biocompatibility was confirmed by the third-party laboratories. Material was successfully tested in accordance with ISO 10993 with the provision of the MA No. RZN 2020/12007.
Finishing Instructions
-
To clean and remove excess resin, flash the 3D printed part for 30 seconds, several times until excess resin is removed, in an ultrasonic cleaner with TEK1960* .
-
Do not soak in acetone. Do not leave the 3D part soaking in the liquid. Use a soft brush if necessary.
-
Clean off any excess of liquid with a cold blowdryer or compressed air.
-
Leave under the sun or in a UV lamp to cure. The resin is fully cured when fingernails do not leave scratch marks on the object.
*We do not recommend the use of denatured or isopropyl alcohol (IPA). It is very aggressive on the polymerized resin and it could weaken the structure of the 3D part. It is also flammable and potentially harmful to people and the environment.
Store the resin in a dry, cool, shaded place out of direct sunlight.
