Description
Dental Clear resin is hard PMMA-like hard clear resin designed for printing models, used in dental application, where transparency is one of the main issues.
It can be used to 3D prints demonstration models for operation planning, aligners, surgical guides
Russian certification. Currently under European certification process.
COMPATIBLE WITH MAIN DLP/LCD 3D PRINTERS
3D printing settings on most widespread 3D printers

Advantages
-
LOW VISCOSITY
The resin has relatively low viscosity. It decreases time for levelling, easy to clean to provide maximum accuracy at minimum time.
-
ODORLESS
Resins are odorless and cause no irritation, so you can work with natural ventilation.
-
LOW SHRINKAGE
Shrinkage less than 0.5% gives you the same size of the 3D model on your computer
-
BIOCOMPATIBLE
Produced from biocompatible raw material used in photopolymer teeth fillings. Meets the standards ISO 10993. Currently under European certification process.
-
TRANSPARENT
High transparency and low yellowing after post treatment.
-
DURABLE
Very high hardness and tensile strength.
Finishing Instructions
-
Agitate in ultrasonic bath with TEK1969 Detergent or in a vat with TEK1960* solvent for 1-2 minutes to remove excess resin.
-
Do not soak in acetone. Do not leave the 3D part soaking in the liquid. Use a soft brush if necessary.
-
Clean off any excess of liquid with a cold blowdryer or compressed air.
-
Leave under the sun or in a UV lamp to cure. The resin is fully cured when fingernails do not leave scratch marks on the object.
*We do not recommend the use of denatured or isopropyl alcohol (IPA). It is very aggressive on the polymerized resin and it could weaken the structure of the 3D part. It is also flammable and potentially harmful to people and the environment.
Store the resin in a dry, cool, shaded place out of direct sunlight.
