Description
Harz Labs Dental Soft Pink 3D printing resin is designed for digital manufacturing of gingiva mask. Good flexibility and softness required for simulating real gingiva behavior.
Dental Soft Pink resin is created to replace silicone-like material that used in dentistry for precise reproduction of the gingiva mask with perfect fitting and natural aesthetic of the finished product. Mechanical properties are close to real gingiva: good flexibility and softness required for simulating gingiva behavior of patients when adjusting prostheses properly. Stable odorless material designed to be used with Dental Peach resin. Certified for medical use (Russian Market only; Registration certificate for medical device № RZN 2020/12007 , Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare).
Russian certification. Product without european certification, to be used only for models.
COMPATIBLE WITH MAIN DLP/LCD 3D PRINTERS
3D printing settings on most widespread 3D printers

Advantages
-
UNIQUE MECHANICAL PROPERTIES
Very high hardness, tensile strength, abrasion and scratch resistance due to ceramic fillers.
-
LOW VISCOSITY
The resin has relatively low viscosity. It decreases time for levelling, easy to clean to provide maximum accuracy at minimum time.
-
CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
Resin is stable to solvents, aggressive inorganic agents like acid and alkalis.
-
ODORLESS
Resins are odorless and cause no irritation, so you can work with natural ventilation.
-
LOW SHRINKAGE
Shrinkage less than 0.5% gives you the same size of the 3D model on your computer
-
BIOCOMPATIBLE
Produced from biocompatible raw material used in photopolymer teeth fillings. Meets the standards ISO 10993.
-
DURABLE
Pigments and fillers are well stabilized, no sedimentation and flocculation occur and no foam appears
Finishing Instructions
-
Agitate in a bath with TEK1960* solvent for 1-2 minutes to remove excess resin.
-
Do not soak in acetone. Do not leave the 3D part soaking in the liquid. Use a soft brush if necessary.
-
Clean off any excess of liquid with a cold blowdryer or compressed air.
-
Leave under the sun or in a UV lamp to cure. The resin is fully cured when fingernails do not leave scratch marks on the object.
*We do not recommend the use of denatured or isopropyl alcohol (IPA). It is very aggressive on the polymerized resin and it could weaken the structure of the 3D part. It is also flammable and potentially harmful to people and the environment.
Store the resin in a dry, cool, shaded place out of direct sunlight.
