Description

Harz Labs Industrial Flex is a flexible 3d printing resin for LED-LCD and DLP printers that allows to obtain parts with a high tenacity. It has mechanical properties similar to polyurethane, so it has good flexibility, which makes it suitable for the manufacture of joints, shock absorbers and other engineering elements that require flexibility and toughness.

Thi flexible 3d printing resin has a breakage deformation of more than 100%, which together with its tensile strength of 13 MPa makes it one of the flexible resins with the highest mechanical resistance.

This resin also has a low shrinkage during printing of only 0.5%, which, together with its low viscosity of 0.5 – 0.8 Pa*s, makes it possible to obtain parts with good dimensional stability.

Widely used as an additive for other resins to increase flexibility and reduce brittleness. Suitable for using with HARZ Labs resins.

Russian certification. Product without european certification, to be used only for models.

Advantages

  • ODORLESS

Resins are odorless and cause no irritation, so you can work with natural ventilation.

  • LOW SHRINKAGE

Shrinkage less than 0.5% gives you the same size of the 3D model on your computer

  • SAFETY It does not contain solvents or volatile monomers, nor irritating compounds. Absence of fumes, odors or allergic reactions.

Finishing Instructions

  1. Agitate in a vat with TEK1960* solvent for 1-2 minutes to remove excess resin.

  2. Do not soak in acetone. Do not leave the 3D part soaking in the liquid. Use a soft brush if necessary.

  3. Clean off any excess of liquid with a cold blowdryer or compressed air.

  4. Leave under the sun or in a UV lamp to cure. The resin is fully cured when fingernails do not leave scratch marks on the object.

*We do not recommend the use of denatured or isopropyl alcohol (IPA). It is very aggressive on the polymerized resin and it could weaken the structure of the 3D part. It is also flammable and potentially harmful to people and the environment.

Store the resin in a dry, cool, shaded place out of direct sunlight.
