Dentifix-3D Gingiva Mask FLEX – Made in France
A new resin has been developed for the flexible components of dental models. Dentifix-3D Gingiva, a resilient and pliable resin in a gum pink color, has been formulated through close collaboration with dental professionals and prosthetists. This specialized resin is ideal for 3D printing flexible gingival masks.
Dentifix-3D Gingiva is specifically designed to work in conjunction with 3D printed dental model elements created using Dentifix-3D Modeling resin. This combination facilitates the testing of dental implants in jaw models, accurately simulating the flexibility of a patient’s gums to aid in the adjustment of dental prostheses.
This flexible and robust resin is crafted for the creation of implant masks on models. Despite its flexibility, Dentifix-3D Gingiva is remarkably easy to manipulate. Instead of manually crafting a soft tissue mask for the implant model, you can opt for 3D printing with Dentifix-3D Gingiva. With a hardness of approximately 70 shore A, this flexible material seamlessly combines flexibility with strength, enabling convenient placement of implants in the model.

Finishing Instructions

To clean and remove excess resin, agitate the 3D printed part in a simple vat with TEK1960 solvent* for 1-2 minutes until all excess resins has been removed.

Do not soak in acetone. Do not leave the 3D part soaking in the liquid. Use a soft brush if necessary.

Clean off any excess of liquid with a cold blowdryer or compressed air.

Leave under the sun or in a UV lamp to cure. The resin is fully cured when fingernails do not leave scratch marks on the object.
*We do not recommend the use of denatured or isopropyl alcohol (IPA). It is very aggressive on the polymerized resin and it could weaken the structure of the 3D part. It is also flammable and potentially harmful to people and the environment.
Store the resin in a dry, cool, shaded place out of direct sunlight.
