Pro3dure’s printodent® GR-13.3 model release was specially developed for orthodontic applications and eliminates the need for additional release agents when using 2-component powder/liquid resins with 3D-printed dental models. Through pro3dure´s new ”release“ technology, it is possible for the first time to provide a material that has an integrated separation effect and due to its low viscosity, the printed components are also easy to clean.

Pro3Dure printodent GR-13 model series: dental and orthodontic 3D printing resins

Pro3dure´s printodent GR-13 model series are 3D printing resins for the generative fabrication of dental models. The material is available as printodent GR-13 model for restorative dental models and as printodent GR-13.1 / printodent GR-13.2 model for orthodontic applications. All resins are characterized by high dimensional stability and the optimized look and feel for dental applications. Due to colorant and opacity the important features like margin lines are becoming perfectly visual. Dental models from the GR-13 series can be used effectively in thermoforming processes due to their thermal stability.

Available in beige color (GR-13), creme-white-opaque (GR-13.1), grey (GR-13.2) for 3D printers that emit light at ≤ 405 nm.

Pro3Dure printodent GR-12 cast: residue free 3D printing resin

Pro3dure´s printodent GR-12 cast material is a residue-free burn-out 3D printing resin that can be used in combination with a variety of investment masses for a wide range of applications. Thanks to the optimized setting of the curing depth, even the finest details can be printed precisely with the material. The high stability of the material in the green compact mode even allows a direct FIT check.

Pro3Dure printodent GR-11.1 tray: certified 3D printing resin for impression trays

Certified bio compatible dental 3D printing resin for the additive manufacturing of customized impression and functional impression trays. Due to their high reactivity, build styles with up to 300 µm Z-height can be achieved to be efficient in the lab. With its new development, printodent GR-11.1 tray, bio compatibility, mechanical stability and impact strength of the built objects have been taken to another level. The new formulation does not have any reproduction-toxic labeling, thus documenting the special bio compatibility for users and patients.

Pro3dure’s generative manufacturing resin audioprint GR-12.1 can be used particularly advantageous for the production of cast forms in order to realize a digital way for silicon earpieces.

Pro3dure GR-12.2 generative resin has been specially developed for the casting process of polyurethane blanks. Due to the high green flex modus of the material thin cast molds can be realized.
