Shipping delivery policy

We inform our kind customers that, if upon receipt, the packaging of your order and its contents are damaged due to incorrect handling of the goods during shipping, it is necessary:

• To sign with reserve the delivery to the courier. Lumi Industries srl shall not assume any responsibility of damage to the package in the event that, upon delivery, the customer shall write SIGNATURE SUBJECT SPECIFICATION AND CONTROL.

• To Send a communication to info@3dsolutions.store within 2 days from delivery by the courier, attaching photos of the outer packaging and the damaged goods.

Only in this way can 3Dsolutions.store provide assistance and repair or replace the goods free of charge.

In all other cases, 3Dsolutions.store cannot be held responsible for damage caused by shipping mishandling by the courier.

We therefore advise you to sign ALWAYS WITH RESERVE when you sign a delivery receipt.
