HARZ Labs Dental Model Beige / Bone 3D Printing Resin
Designed for dental models. Tough, hard, stable to high temperatures during thermoforming aligners and it has low shrinkage.
Dental Model resin is matt colored resin made of biocompatible raw materials that used in UV-cured dental fillings. It has high hardness 84 ± 2 Shore D and high tensile strength, stability to mechanical and thermal stress. We recommend to use it for demonstrational and master-model printing. Low odor and absence of harmful monomers allows to print in the laboratory.
Russian certification. Product without European certification, to be used only for models.

UNIQUE MECHANICAL PROPERTIES
Very high hardness, tensile strength, abrasion and scratch resistance due to ceramic fillers.
The resin has relatively low viscosity. It decreases time for levelling, easy to clean to provide maximum accuracy at minimum time.
Resin is stable to solvents, aggressive inorganic agents like acid and alkalis.
Resins are odorless and cause no irritation, so you can work with natural ventilation.
Shrinkage less than 0.5% gives you the same size of the 3D model on your computer
Produced from biocompatible raw material used in photopolymer teeth fillings. Meets the standards ISO 10993.
Pigments and fillers are well stabilized, no sedimentation and flocculation occur and no foam appears
Agitate in a vat with TEK1960* solvent for 1-2 minutes to remove excess resin.
Do not soak in acetone. Do not leave the 3D part soaking in the liquid. Use a soft brush if necessary.
Clean off any excess of liquid with a cold blowdryer or compressed air.
Leave under the sun or in a UV lamp to cure. The resin is fully cured when fingernails do not leave scratch marks on the object.
*We do not recommend the use of denatured or isopropyl alcohol (IPA). It is very aggressive on the polymerized resin and it could weaken the structure of the 3D part. It is also flammable and potentially harmful to people and the environment.
Store the resin in a dry, cool, shaded place out of direct sunlight.
